Black Cord of Hope

“The Declaration” is an expression of the power of OUR spoken words! Starting February 1, 2022, one million persons of African descent will take a quick 2 minute or less video of themselves reading a portion of “The Declaration” or placing a black cord on the wrist of another.  Then post the video on your chosen social media platform as we share in a powerful act of cultural solidarity and as a reminder that we are more powerful together than apart.
